Three Points To Noticeably Raise Ones Balanced Weight Loss Program

I’ve learned to practice these “P’s” within my weight loss and my maintenance journey.
First is actually Persistence. I have to be persistent in sticking to my eating plan. If I slip up or make a bad choice, I get right back in there and make good choices again.
The second is Patience. There have been weeks where my weight stayed the same and where I didn’t see the progress I was working for. I’ve needed to learn how to be patient with my system and with my thoughts in adapting to this new lifestyle. I can do it, and it helps when I’m not so hard on myself.
The third is Prayer. For me personally, I need the strength I receive from praying every day. I ask God to give me strength to make sensible choices and overcome temptations which may confront me. Then I put the work in to avoid temptations and to be prepared in my food choices.
